5/10 Delivery Policy & Conditions

At Carviflon, time is gold! That’s why we have a 5/10 delivery policy, meaning orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days under the following conditions:

  • Immediate delivery: only for in-stock materials
  • Standard products: up to 5 business days (rods, bushings, plates, sheets, or extrusions)
  • Special products: up to 7 business days for custom-manufactured items (solid rods over 3 ½” and walls over 1 ½”)
  • Specialized machining: 10 business days
  • Non-standard dimensions: e.g., solid rods over 9” require 10 to 15 business days

General Terms & Conditions for Domestic and International Shipping

Domestic Shipping

We have our own delivery fleets to provide home delivery in the following cities:

  • Mexico City
  • Pachuca
  • Puebla
  • Guanajuato
  • Querétaro
Shipping Policies
  1. Home delivery is free within our fleet coverage areas with a minimum purchase of $500 MXN.
  2. For cities outside of those listed, we partner with leading courier companies to reach all states in Mexico.
  3. Courier shipments are sent freight collect, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
  4. Courier shipments are dispatched the next business day after payment is received (except for customers with credit).
  5. Bulk purchases or members of special programs qualify for free shipping.
  6. Free shipping promotions do not apply to Chihuahua, Nuevo León, Baja California, Quintana Roo, or Sonora.
  7. If, for reasons beyond Carviflon S.A. de C.V.’s control, an order cannot be delivered within the established timeframe, the customer will be notified immediately.
  8. Once orders are handed over to the carrier or courier company, delivery responsibility lies with them. We can advise you if you require insurance for product transport.
  9. Orders are delivered to the specified address and signed for by whoever is present at the delivery location.
  10. Tracking numbers are provided within 12 to 24 hours.

International Shipping

We export to South America, the United States, and the Caribbean with specialized logistics.

  1. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and customs regulations of each country.
  2. Export/import expenses and applicable duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
  3. A special packaging fee is applied to protect the products.
  4. Once orders are handed over to the carrier or courier company, delivery responsibility lies with them. We can advise you if you require insurance for product transport.
  5. All communication with customs agencies or intermediaries will be shared with the customer.
  6. The customer is responsible for providing the necessary documentation for international trade processes.

General Terms & Conditions for Special Credit

We offer credit to customers with a favorable credit history, consistent purchases, and high-volume orders.

Credit terms are defined individually for each customer, with the following options:

  • 15-day credit
  • 30-day credit
